It’s “One Shot Wednesday” and that means a look at one of the most unique cheeseburgers you can buy!
I’m holding a “Squeeze” Burger and yes, it’s a handful!
Here’s how they do it: after cooking one side of the burger, they flip the patty, put shredded cheese on top, then add a little water to the flat top grill and immediately cover the burger with a metal lid – creating steam and heat that melts the cheese onto the flattop around the burger – and voila!

The unique texture is a bit chewy and REALLY flavorful! The flattop grill carmelizes the cheese just right – typing this is making me hungry!
