Here’s My “Garlic Spinach Parmesan Egg” Recipe! It’s The Recipe For A Delicious Breakfast!

Who’s Hungry For Some Delicious “Garlic Spinach Parmesan” Eggs?

Well, it’s a rhetorical question of course because the answer is easy:

We All Are!

I have made this recipe many times, and it’s always a winner – and since I am still living somewhat of a #QuarantineLife, I wanted to share this in case you are looking to mix your mornings up!

Let’s Make Some Eggs!

This recipe is not only easy, but healthy and delicious as well.

Here’s all you need to do – it begins when you chose some garlic and saute it in olive oil…how much to use?

How much do you love garlic? I love it a lot – remember that this will be nicely caramelized on the bottom of your dish, so don’t be shy. and yes, I had a classic Warren Zevon song on as I cooked:

Next, I have my ingredients ready to go: eggs of course, spinach and a block of parmesan cheese.

After sautéing the garlic for a few minutes, I keep the temperature low on the pan and add a few handfuls of fresh spinach to cover the surface:

After making small holes in the spinach, I crack an egg in each one – give some space so they don’t connect during the cooking.

These eggs are from “Farmer Dan” – thanks again!

You can decide how many you want, but once you dig into the finished dish, you’ll be glad for more!

As soon as you crack your eggs into the dish, it’s time to take your parmesan cheese and shave it over the eggs…fun to do, especially when you film it!

If you don’t have a block of it, you can used pre-grated – even powdered…it doesn’t matter what kind you use as long as you use it!

Alex decided to get “artsy” and here’s the result!

Now you just cover the pan and let it cook…medium heat means after about ten minutes covered, here is what you will uncover:

Now comes the fun part: take a spatula, get underneath the spinach and garlic, scoop it up with an egg and lay it out on a plate…deliciousness awaits!

I love this dish, and it’s easy to make and nutritious…the caramelized garlic on the bottom gives with a chewy crunch, and you can eyeball it while cooking to determine how much runny yolk you want as well…

As a fan of eggs, I’m always looking for something new to make:

This is an Egg Frittata dish I made, and love – and here is the recipe if you want to make it as well:

Now, I’m willing to admit that not every dish turns out:

This is a gorgeous “bacon wrapped egg stuffed avocado!”

However, it’s not the one I tried to make!

This is what I ended up with – if you want to see just how terrific this recipe is – and how I completely butchered an effort to make it, just click on my story here!
