Check Out My Cheeseburger Christmas Tree Ornaments! My Wildest And “Foodiest” Holiday Decorations!

Cheeseburgers For Christmas!

Yes, thanks to my Sister-In-Law, I have another “Cheeseburger” ornament for my Christmas tree!

It’s just the latest in my “hanging food bulb” collection!

Want to see?

A “Strip Of Bacon” Christmas Tree Ornament!

Yes, I have bacon on my tree as well!

My friend Michael Danahy sent me this terrific bacon ornament for my Christmas tree – and it’s a really big slice!

Michael’s note stated that he assumed I already had one, but he thought of me and had to send it and for that I say “thank you thank you thank you!”

But he was right: for some reason, a LOT of people have gifted me bacon – here is proof:

Yes, when Alex decorates the tree, she strategically places one strip of bacon close to the pig ornament – talk about symmetry!

And this year, we have a new “pig” to add to the tree thanks to Alex’s Sister Lauren!

This “mini-tree” in our back room is where Alex puts all of the “more unique” ornaments!

Over the years, we’ve been able to collect some really fun ornaments, like this one from the great “Girl And The Goat” restaurant in Chicago:

But the real fun comes when we put food, pop culture, and just about anything else that we fancy on the tree to enjoy:

Yes, we have wine hanging from the tree as well, but when all is said and done, it really is “all about the bacon”:

Yes, I’ve even been gifted an Iberico Ham!

Thanks to everyone who has given me food-related ornaments – like these from Kareen, Chris and Harrison – yes, sushi!

Still, nothing beats the majesty of the bacon cheeseburger, original given to me by my good friend Steph Passino…!

Here is video that shows how beautiful a cheeseburger bulb looks on the tree:

Oh, and let’s not forget that even the “King” looks great on an ornament – that’s right, it’s an “Elvis Presley” Christmas!

Speaking of celebrities, remember these holiday ads fronted by celebs that I shared?

Yes, these holiday ads are for everything from booze to cigarettes and more! See them here:

And its also the time of year for these:

Yes, even during the holiday people can make decorative mistakes..here are some of my favorite memes:

  2. These are all just so perfect for you, John! That glitter piggie with pearls? I want one of those for my mother, a bacon lover who has likely eaten enough pigs to cover a small country in her lifetime. Brilliant 😂

  3. Those are amazing! I love unusual tree decorations, and that bacon one is just great. We need to get some more weird ones but we have a gourd which is pretty cool, some homemade ones out of old coffee cup lids, and a cat in a banana!

  4. I have never even seen such ornaments, John. They must be one of those ‘only in America’ things.
    Look great though!
    Best wishes, Pete.

  5. John, you do write the most entertaining posts. I love that cheeseburger although my tree does not have any food decorations on it. I have never actually seen any. I always buy new decorations when we travel and I have all the decorations my sons have made over the years so it is a real hodge podge of gaudy goodies.
