Sound familiar?
“It’s a good thing I’m not a woman. I would always be pregnant. I can’t say no!”
Those were the actual words of America’s 29th President – the smug White House Sex Stud known as Warren G. Harding!
No matter what you think of the 2016 Presidential election – and people do have passionate opinions – this is not the first time that a Presidential candidate has been controversial – our history is full of them!
News just broke that DNA tests have confirmed that President Warren G. Harding fathered a “love child” with one of his many mistresses, Nan Britton!
Here’s a link to the entire story on CNN.com:

In an era when we know everything about our leaders – both professionally and privately – it’s is shocking to think such a scandal would never be revealed!
Forget the fact that Harding is widely regarded as the worst President in American history, for such corruption as the “Tea Dome Scandal” – he found time, when not posing with Babe Ruth, to run a sexual carnival in the White House!
Now, a terrific Politico article sheds light on this “super-sexed” Commander-In-Chief!
Warren Gamaliel Harding was America’s 29th President, serving from March 4, 1921 until his death. When Harding died suddenly, he was one of the most popular presidents in history – but now, as time has gone by, in historical rankings of the U.S. presidents, Harding has been rated among the worst.
But he was clearly #1 in one regard:
Harding Was America’s Horniest President!
Forget all those amateurs – when it came to sexual shenanigans in the White House, President Harding was Caligula! Here’s a portrait of Harding – no doubt thinking about who to bang in a White House closet next!
Kudos Politico!
Politico just published a terrific article that lays out some of the more notorious aspects of this sexual Presidential Maestro!
Here is what Politico says:
“No other philandering chief executive had the 29th president’s way with words (he termed the vagina of one of his mistresses “Mrs. Pouterson”) or his sense of scenery (he and Nan regularly had sex in a White House closet). And, as was underscored this week, when news broke that Harding did in fact father a child with Britton as she had claimed, no other was quite as reckless with his libido.”

Last year the Library of Congress released letters Harding wrote to his longtime mistress, Carrie Fulton Phillips. The correspondence revealed that he and the Republican National Committee paid the woman $5,000 per month to stay silent about their affair while he was president!
Politico also shares details of Harding’s hilariously obscene poems, written to his girlfriends:
“I love your poise/Of perfect thighs/When they hold me in paradise … /I love the rose/Your garden grows/Love seashell pink/That over it glows.”
Phillips repeatedly admonished Harding for his lewd talk, but he couldn’t help himself: “I like to dream in loose, flowing garb, because I can dream more intently. And I did—to alarming release. I called your name aloud thrice, begging you to come,” he wrote the lady.
Harding died while in office, and a year later, his Mistress wrote a book detailing their long affair and love child:
Harding will always be remembered as a horrible President, and now he will also be remembered for comments like this:
“It’s a good thing I’m not a woman. I would always be pregnant. I can’t say no,” he told reporters when he was president.
Kudos to Jordan Michael Smith for a terrific article in Politico – there are many additional anecdotes and amazingly offensive quotes from President Harding – read the article in its entirety by clicking on this link:

The 2016 election shocked many people, but there has always been a big part of America that has felt alienated from the big cities:

My parents always said that there was nothing new under the sun! Way back when (1992), everyone said that Clinton wouldn’t be president due to his many “ladies.” “Pfft!” said I, “Trust me, it won’t make a difference.”
But yeah, reading about Harding, he…wow. You just wonder how he won, and whether or not he cared about at least ATTEMPTING to look competent.
Great post!

NOW I know why they call it a fur stole. I don’t think the animal was in on the plan.
