Bite Down On A “Bacon Mac’n’Cheese” Burger!

Yes, it’s decadent, but it IS Labor Day weekend, isn’t it?

So why not celebrate your yearlong “labor” with this delicious burger – which is so easy: make some mac’n’cheese. Make a burger. Do not add ANYTHING else, just put mac’n’cheese on the bottom toasted bun, put the burger on top, add more mac’n’cheese, add slices of bacon, and top it with a toasted bun – heaven!

OK, maybe you want to be a bit more traditional this Labor Day weekend:

The “1,000 Slices Of Bacon” Burger!

I love that they used an iPhone to capture just how big this bacon cheeseburger, is, because that’s a burger worth calling someone about!

In all seriousness, I will be making this next onion Monday – it’s my personal favorite burger of all time:

My “French Fry Tartar Sauce” Bacon Cheeseburger!

I love burgers. And bacon.

AND TARTAR SAUCE TOO.

So why not take care of all of my vices in one perfect bite?

Yes, I’ve been making these for years and I love them!

It’s so easy to be so happy: cook up a burger (i add diced onion and garlic to mine) and just before you finish cooking it, lay a few cooked french fries on top, then top with tartar sauce…finally, lay down a piece of cheese….i use both sharp cheddar AND Mozzarella….once it melts you are ready to bite down hard!

Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it – and you will never knock it again!

My “Cheese-Dipped” Burger!

I may have gone a bit “food crazy” being locked down for much of 2020 (see all of my “corn-tine” recipes).

I found this method online, and I must say, wearing the cheese on the outside of a cheeseburger is the way to go!
