Yes, that last montage is a giveaway of course…get ready to enter the dark side of the internet…a place where celebrities eating food is not only a trend, but an obsession!
I came across some of the wackiest pictures – like Robert Plant eating melting ice cream cone – and it led me into a world I never knew existed!
There are celebrity websites everywhere you click, but you are about to experience celebrity coverage with a VERY unique twist – celebrities eating food!
Sex Symbols Like Their Burgers Too!
Yes, Marilyn Monroe enjoyed a burger, and why not? In her day, photographers hovered for any chance to photograph the star, even if it was while she was dining…
Raquel Welch was a 70’s sex symbol, and it appears that she also always had a burger – and a photographer – at the ready…
“But What About Elvis?”
A fair question, indeed…guess what? Got you covered:

It seems that everyone has been photographed while eating – but I need someone to please tell me why Robert Plant has an ice cream cone AND a devilish look on his face!
Time To Investigate: Celebrities Eating Food Online!
It’s a scary thing to look up on the internet – if you enter search words celebrities and food – SO much stuff shows up, including compilations like this:
So George Clooney, Arnold Schwarzenegger and the rest like to eat too – and someone took the time to create this tapestry celebrating it! It’s almost disturbing in a way – so many pics of celebrities eating – even funny stuff like this:
Yes, President Obama likes a good burger and fries like the rest of us. In fact, there is a Tumblr blog that has a ton of these pics – it’s called, of course:

It’s hilarious, and it is filled with shots of celebrities of all shapes and sizes eating food of all shapes and sizes…check it out here:

The correct answer is: she is having a salad in her bathrobe. As I said, there are tons of pics – and many funny websites – that highlight celebrities eating…and of course, there are tons of Kim Kardashian dining photos to gawk at – like these for starters:
You get the idea – there are literally a thousand more just like it – sometimes I can’t tell if the pictures are trying to show that celebrities are just like us, or is there something more…
Stop! I mean, what was on Robert Plant’s mind? Anyway, I find this “food trend” humorous and worth pondering as well…and there is a trend toward hot dog consumption as well.
I will leave it at that.
And finally, I have been guilty of adding to this trend. I always say a big “thank you” to Sara Underwood for agreeing to “wear” her food – yes, she dressed up in a bacon bikini for a G4 shoot!
Lots of celebrities can be seen eating, wearing and “hawking” food products as well!

I don’t think people look their best whilst eating, so don’t really get this trend for munching celebrities, John.
But given Elvis’s sandwich recipe, it’s small wonder he died young!

I don’t think I’d like a picture of me eating a burger with my hands plastered all over the internet, John. Now, if those ladies ate it nicely with a knife and fork [like my dad made me] there wouldn’t be a problem. Smile! It would, of course, not be nearly as much fun. Rachel Welch really was a looker, wasn’t she?

I didn’t realise this was a trend but I’ll admit there is something oddly satisfying about seeing celebrities shoving a burger in their face. I don’t want it to a clean affair though. I want to see the sauce on their face, the breadcrumbs on their top, the gherkin falling out. We want to know they’re real people with real food.
Let’s just hope the trend is only on watching it going in the one and not out the other 😆
