Katy Perry’s A Human Cheeseburger!
I missed this picture, which was taken when Katy Perry showed up wearing a cheeseburger! It was apparently worn by the Singer a while back at a fashion galas…and remember that I provided proof once that she likes a good cheeseburger as well:

More on this later, but first: it’s Halloween season, and that means I have to show you some of the best “food costumes” the internet has to offer…like this couple of White Castle Burgers!
I would wear these in an instant! Those who read this blog regularly know I wax poetic about the White Castle slider often, especially when I do this:

This is a homemade White Castle breakfast slider!
See how I like to make them at home and get the easy recipe here!
There is literally no limit to how you can dress up this Halloween…bacon anyone?
Say “Happy Halloween” This Year – With Bacon!
Yes, it’s time to start thinking about what you will wear to this year’s Halloween party – so why not wear your favorite food? And it’s not just bacon!
Time To Party With Pickle Head!
You see, he’s a Cheeseburger – topped with an extra pickle!
Yes, it’s Halloween time, and if you need to dress up as FOOD this party season, I’ve got you covered with some truly WTF ideas! Here’s a look at the many different ways you can celebrate Halloween with food costumes!
It’s A Taco Baby!
And it’s not just for adults – look at the fun you can have with your little kids as well!
And this is Jame Kuhan, who doesn’t wear a costume, he IS one!
I mean: bravo! I would love to see this guy at a party!
My daughter Jessica and her husband Mike got into the spirit early this year:

Chips And Salsa!
I love this look…perfect for couples trying to add some bright color to the party!

There are so many new ways to wrap yourself in food this season:
A Pair Of Big Macs!
OK, this is easy: you and your wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, partner, whatever – go as a pair of Big Macs! Talk about “partners in crime!” Or you can go solo as well!
Now, check out these three below: one costume is just a picture of a burger printed on polyester tunic. One is more form fitting, kind of a bulky cheeseburger top. Finally, check out Gene from “Bob’s Burgers” – a burger costume with a bonus megaphone cut-out.
I was very pleasantly surprised to see just how many Cheeseburger costumes are available to buy…like this:
Adult Unisex Deluxe Cheeseburger Costume
This costume has it all, but it’s also $140. Here is how it is described:
“The Adult Unisex Deluxe Cheeseburger Costume is a deluxe cheeseburger indeed. The plush one-piece costume is a knee length tunic with all the details of a deluxe cheeseburger. “
I love these – especially with fries!
If you love burgers this makes a great, humorous outfit, and you can go with something more subtle – like a cheese steak!
Cheese Steak Head!
Forget cheeseburgers, go cheeseheads! I mean, who doesn’t love a good cheese steak on their head? Get all the laughs and grab all the attention in this hilarious cheese steak hat!
It’s nice to have all of this headgear, but what will your walk around in? Easy!
A Nike Hamburger Sneaker!
The Nike Hamburger shoe was part of an expose in Vice Magazine, where 8 creatives were asked to interpret Nike sportswear icons. The Nike Hamburger shoe, created by Olle Hemmendorff, fashion guru and freelance art creative, is meant to illustrate Nike’s Air Max 90.
Yes, it’s a hamburger shoe…walk on it proudly!

This is why Halloween is still my favorite holiday because it gives us kids an adult bodies a chance to be silly again. One year my coworkers and I dressed as school supplies. I was a giant box of tissue. I cut a hole for my head out of a refrigerator box. I then painted and stenciled the box. The final step was cutting a slit in the box and taping an actual box of Kleenex inside my box so that my students could pull out a tissue while I was walking around.

Pete, our friend knitted me a cheeseburger cap a few years back but I didn’t share it this time…Not sure I could put that “face” on, like a football fan here in the US who paints themselves in their team’s color…a bit bit too far even for me!
