Who’s Hungry? If you love burgers that way I love burgers, then you know there are a few places making them better than anyone else – and here’s one that seems to have taken over the world in the past few years! Move over McDonalds – and don’t even bother mentioning Burger King – there’s […]
I love your burger blogs, I’m sure they look better than any burgers I’ve encountered. However I don’t think I would get my mouth round one without everything spilling out. I would probably also get sacked from Shake Shack as I would not be able to put the burgers together without dropping bits, let alone doing it quickly!
I sadly can no longer eat at Shake Shack; I’m vegetarian and used to absolutely love the mushroom burger for my meat-free treat. I became wildly ill one time after eating it and discovered that the mushroom burgers are processed at a plant where fish and shellfish cross contamination can occur — and I’m very allergic to those. There was some cross contamination (hence the reaction) and it put me off for life. However, I do remember how good things tasted before then, haha! My husband loves the Smoke Stack — it seems like a really good, tasty burger!
That’s terrible! Cross contamination is very dangerous and a shame that you can’t feel safe – and yes, your husband has picked a winner – the chopped cherry peppers really give it a pop! Thanks for commenting!
Pete, I really don’t even burgers that often, but when I do, why not make it a goodie? Cherry peppers are a nice touch to this – gives it a real pop! Cheers!
I had a burger in a restaurant last Sunday, when we had a 10-person family meal for Julie’s birthday. But it wasn’t as good as that one looks. Tonight I am cooking chicken in a fresh pesto sauce, with red onions and chestnut mushrooms. Served on 4-cheese Tortellini. (Which I bought in ready-made.) 🙂
YUM!!!
