Who Wants A “Lucky Bag” AKA A “Fukubukuro”?
I do! And if you knew what “MOS Burger” is, you’d agree….this Japanese burger chain has unique food – which I will show you in a moment – and now is offering a terrific “Fukubukuro”!

Um…A WHAT?!?!?!?!
A”Fukubukuro” of course!
Here’s the definition:
“Fukubukuro” (福袋) translates literally to “lucky bag”, and it represents a Japanese New Year custom in which almost all shops around the country (especially Tokyo) make beautiful grab-bags with a variety of random products and sell them for a substantial discount, depending on the shop but usually at 50%.
Yes, it’s an annual tradition, with companies like Starbucks, Levi’s and more taking part – and there are some wild offerings this year!

You want an “Rilakkuma” soft headband with ears? That Japanese character has teamed with MOS for this offering.
That headband is just one of the fun items inside their “lucky bag” – but don’t worry, it’s also filled with lots of coupons for free and discounted food as well!
The incredible website “SoraNews24.com” has a ton of stories about these lucky bags, so click on their story here to see what MOS has to offer:
If this makes you hungry, that’s the point!

And if you don’t need a meal, just a really cool musical experience, then head to the “Lost In Translation” bar!

Totally agree Pete…a great public relations move….although a few of them have left customers angry, so the company needs to deliver something fun and unique
