Time For a “Spaghetti-Stuffed Meatball Popper!”
I’ve been coming across wild recipes for fun snack food – for breakfast, lunch or dinner…and the “kid” in all of us can have some fun, beginning with this “Spaghetti-stuffed meatball” recipe: I love how easy this is to pull off…first, make your meatballs….
There are probably a million recipes for making meatballs online…but it’s simple to take ground beef (and pork as well) add diced onion and garlic, salt and pepper and any of the Italian herbs like basil, thyme, oregano…mix them up and make them into fun little balls for the oven…
Once baked, take them out and let them cool a bit, then hollow them out – using the unused meat in spaghetti sauce that you are making on the side…you also need to cook up your spaghetti, add the sauce, then use a spoon to “stuff” your hollowed out meatball and have a “spaghetti meatball popper!”
Another great idea for breakfast involved making “mini-pancakes” that are a bit thicker than normal, and do this to them:
Yes, in Japan you can buy “pancakes on a stick!” This great breakfast idea alternates pancakes and fresh fruit on a skewer, decorated up for a delicious taste!

And if you really want to amaze the kids with spaghetti, this is the recipe for you!
“Spaghetti-Infused Hot Dogs!”

Those pancakes on a stick look amazing. I might try them. Since I don’t eat meat, I tried making veggie balls using tofu and mushrooms and they turned out amazing. Now I can modify them to make spaghetti stuffed veggie balls 🙂

Don’t “buy” them Pete, make them at home! If you want to make them more “adult”, have them with a nice Chardonnay!
