Just another news update, but this News Anchor has a secret: she’s a Robot!

In 2014, then-President Obama visited Japan and was introduced to one of their newest Robots – the story was seen on newscasts around the world…

But in Japan, it will soon be covered – on television – by Anchor Robots!

Not only that, if it’s “Robot Wars” you seek, then wait until you see who’s going into battle in Tokyo!

That’s right: these bikini-clad robots are fighting in an amazing new stage show…it’s all part of Japan’s fascination with Robots, and it begins right here:

The News Robot Is Here!

An amazing new exhibition in Japan introduced the News Anchor of the future!

In 2014 I found out about this cool robot exhibit at Miraikan in Odaiba: an exhibition showcasing the latest innovations in humanoid robotics. The exhibition featured a number of robots, including Professor Hiroshi Ishiguro’s newest androids!

Japan’s National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation showcased an exhibit on humanoid robotics. These “Anchorbots” will – sometime in the future – deliver news updates to all visitors in several languages!

It’s another big step forward in robot technology – so if you are in Japan, check to see if these “Anchorbots” have started giving out news!

Yep, bikini-clad robot warriors are already there! My son got to see this epic battle of good and evil, played out by bikini-clad robot women!
