Welcome To Sardinia!
I will be sharing more, but here’s a sneak peek of the adventures my wife Alex and I had on our just concluded vacation – 7 different European locations with 5 different flights….5 of the places were new to us, like our stay in Sardinia…
Our hotel was called Cala di Volpe, located on Sardinia’s Costa Esmerelda…and one night at dinner, Carol put on quite a show when he made a flaming veal dish table side…you will hear the Guests ask him not to overcook it, which he promises not to do before setting it on fire!
Check it out!
There will be more travel adventures shared over the next few weeks, just like last year when we hiked the volcano rim on Santorini:

We not only hiked the 7 miles into the town of Eia – which you can see as the splotch of white on the far upper right of the picture – the very edge of the volcano, but we did it in 94 degree heat with no shade!
You can see that adventure here:
It was worth it of course because we then walked down 1000 more steps to eat at Ammoudi Bay:
You can see that incredible meal and arduous trek by clicking on my story here:

If you enjoy these moments, please share on social media – and get ready for more Sardinian adventures….let me know if you’ve been!

Looks like an amazing meal, John. I love Veal, but it is becoming impossible to find over here, due to ‘political correctness’.
Best wishes, Pete.

Yes, sadly too much of that…I’m all for sustainable food NOT banning food if it is raised responsibly…

I too look forward to more stories and pictures of your trip. I have not been to Sardinia, yet. I love these flaming dishes. Here in Spain, they make a flaming salted bream which is fun to watch and delicious to eat.
