Election Day 2020! The Race For 270! Here Are The Totals The Morning After And What’s Next…

The “Wild Wild” U.S. Presidential Election 2020!

Well, here’s where we sit: 7 states still counting votes, and those states count the mail-in votes LAST, which will favor Joe Biden, who currently leads in Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin and Maine.

If those hold – and it will go to court – then Joe Biden will be elected President.

But, for now we all wait in suspense.

As I told you yesterday, the election every four years makes this the most coveted “rental” in the world:

The White House is one of the most iconic buildings in the world, and when the dust settles, one person will live there until 2024…sadly, due to concerns over social unrest, the perimeter of The White House was barricaded:

Thankfully, Nov. 3 went off without incident – and now, the vote continues.

Due to the coronavirus, more than 100-million votes were mailed in or cast early. Many states have rules that call for those votes to be counted AFTER the same-day vote. so the number will change – but here is where we sit right now:

That has led most of America to feel like our brains on are fire – remember the ad for the frying egg and the audio that intoned: “this is your Brin on drugs!”

Well, that’s how I feel!

Remember, we have to stay calm and wait for the results…also know that The White House has been the scene for some wild scandals, and you can read all about them here:

If you are disgusted by the way Politicians have acted this year, know that the “business of governing” is a big business indeed – and has gotten worse over the past twenty years!

This Town political book

This book takes an inside look at the “business of politics”, and boy, it’s wild!

  1. I am ashamed to say it but Ballbag continues to surprise me with what he is prepared to say and do. Hopefully there’s still some Republicans with some balls prepared to pull him aside and tell him it’s over.

  2. The world waits and watches as do I with you all John, I dislike bad losers and if by chance Trump does get another 4 years then so be it but it will leave a sour taste in many mouths…But I suppose no one expected him to do any less on past performances. I hope you get what you wish for and he lives up to expectations 🙂 x

  4. It has certainly got the world on tenterhooks. The reports in the UK seem to suggest it might swing in Biden’s favour. Trump won’t want to give up his rental though…

    • Joe Biden will win. It will take a few weeks to be finalized, and the court will NOT award Trump votes that he didn’t earn, and they won’t discard legal ballots. The numbers favor Joe, who has received the most votes of any presidential candidate in US history. thanks for your comment!

  5. Yes, we just need calm while ALL the votes are counted. The voters decide elections not anyone else. The states in question seem to have the process under control. In the meantime, – we wait.

  6. I can imagine a whole nation on tenterhooks. Trump up to his usual antics and tweets, Biden not looking at all sure about anything, and a vote that the BBC has called ‘too close to call’. Good luck, John.
    Best wishes, Pete.
