Yes, it’s “Vertical Lasagna!”
Since I launched a separate blog all about food, I’ve cut back a bit here – but there are times like today where something is worth sharing and sharing an sharing some more, so if you subscribe to “Biteeatrepeat.com”, sorry for the duplication – but c’mon, it’s “vertical Lasagna!”
Restaurant Don Angie in New York has this unique preparation, one of their many incredible dishes on display – here’s a closer look:
I shared my entire review over at my food blog and you can see it closeup by clicking on my story here:
It reminds me just how much I love Lasagna, and I make it often!
I followed the recipe of a great Chef, who made his Mom’s Lasagna – and so did I!

Life is a food adventure to be sure – like the time we ate a traditional “Bistecca” in Florence Italy!
The preparation and presentation is amazing – click here to see video of our table side carving!
My goal is to share recipes, food stories, and cool food that I taste around the world – or in this case, wine I tasted through a tiny window!

Another special treat that you can see here – and find out the origin of these iconic wine windows!
