I would have nominated ‘In Cold Blood’, and ‘2001’. But I do agree with some of the snubs. I have always thought that ‘Psycho’ is tremendously overrated, it’s almost like a cult of Hitchcock, that you cannot say anything bad about him. (I feel the same about ‘The Birds’, a terrible performance from a wooden Rod Taylor.)
