Is it weird that I own this movie? 😂 I vowed to have a thatched roof home as a kid after watching this. I’ve been dying to get my hands on a cloud copy of Death on the Nile for years – but no dice. That movie had a killer cast too. Maybe now that a remake is happening something will shake loose. Evil Under the Sun with the amazing Diana Riggs is another fave. I was obsessed with it as a kid. I was a weird kid perhaps? 🤣

I think you had great taste for a good mystery! Diana Rigg – what an Icon! I shared this story when he died, looking at her career and the film she said she had the most fun making – with Vincent Price! https://johnrieber.com/2020/09/10/rip-diana-rigg-this-icon-was-the-most-empowered-bond-girl-and-much-more-a-look-at-her-career/

I just listed my top 19 favorite detective tv shows, number 1 was Poirot, not far behind I had Miss Marple and Murder she Wrote! Have never seen this one, though…

I don’t remember this title, John. Is it based on one of Agatha Christie’s books or is it a screenplay only?

Later tonight, I am recording ‘Knives Out’. Very much in the spirit of Agatha.
Best wishes, Pete.

NICE! I will be having a Napa Cabernet or Cab Franc, but we are frankly tiring rapidly of California wines…we need to explore the world’s vineyards as you do! Cheers!

Ah, Cabernet Franc is hard to find in Norfolk. I might have to order some from London! Good memories.
