Here Are “KFC Crocs!” These Fried Chicken Shoes Smell! “What The Friday?!?!?!” Here’s the Wild Video!

These Are “KFC Crocs!”

Yes, it’s a trend: some of the best fast food is now being made for your feet – oh, and one more thing: they smell like fried chicken too!

Let me repeat:

Yes, it’s Friday: time to share those wacky things that make the ned of the week so satisfyingly head-scratching. Oh, and one more thing:

I need a pair of these now!

As Newswer reports:

For $59.99, you can “make your dreams of wearing a bucket of chicken finally come true.” That’s according to Crocs, which is out with what is surely (seriously, no contest) its oddest design yet. Revealed in a fairly out-there ad released Wednesday, the KFC X Crocs Clogs feature a fried chicken print on the top and red and white stripes on the bottom, in homage to KFC’s chicken bucket, per USA Today. The Crocs even smell like fried chicken, thanks to two scented but non-edible Jibbitz charms designed to look like drumsticks.

Here’s the video!

Newswer goes on to add:

The shoes won’t be released to the public until sometime this spring, though the brands chose to build the excitement during New York Fashion Week—because obviously these are “unbelievably fun and fashionable,” as Crocs’ senior VP Terence Reilly puts it in a release.

I love them – but I love all sorts of artistic expression using food – remember this was my iPhone cover:

These food-based fashions are so much fun!

Here’s the entire story – bravo Newser!

This “food for your feet” seems to be a trend – remember that I shared these last week?

Yes, one of the best hamburger chains in the US is selling shoes as well!

Check out the cool “In-N-Out” Burger shoes here:

And I’ve share this fact with you: I had a “bacon and egg” iPhone cover – remember who liked it?

  3. I do have two pairs of ‘straight’ Crocs, as they are useful for dog-walking. But I think I would draw the line at the KFC Crocs. If they smell of chicken, all the local dogs would be chasing me! 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.
