This is the future of “Aquaculture”: wild fish being farmed…but regardless of how idyllic this “A.I” generated headline sounds, there is a dark underside to this – and it leads my “week in food”:

“Aquaculture” is the process of growing and harvesting seafood for the world’s ravenous population.
Some fish farms are horribly overcrowded, and create serious health concerns for those who eat “farm-raised fish”…it’s part of a powerful article from The New York Times, which I shared here:
After such a sobering article, I needed a healthy cleanse, and since my wife found a recipe for a “Golden Slurp”, I made it!

Behold The “Golden Slurp!”
This dish is healthy, easy to make, and full of nutrients as well as flavor – see the recipe here:
This week, I also shared our recent trip to London, which included a stop at the oldest food market in the city:

London’s Borough Market is centuries old and I loved reading the original manifesto still hanging up to read – that includes prices for the food stalls at the time!

And of course, the food – lots and lots of food – here’s a look:
You can get freshly shucked Oysters as well…with our without Caviar – or, just get the “caviar bump” like our friend Yvette did – check it out!
See much more of our food adventure at London’s Borough Market here:
And let’s end on a high note – when I made these very unique deviled eggs – with a Martini twist!
This was the most elaborate Martin I I’ve ever made – check it out!
A “Dirty Martini Deviled Egg” Martini!
Yes, it was the most unique Martini I’ve ever attempted and see how I did by clicking on my story here!
