Do You Know What A “TurBaconDuckEn” Is?
Stated simply, it’s a duck stuff inside a chicken which is then stuffed inside a Turkey – with lots of herbs and stuffing as well – and to add a new layer, wrap it in bacon!
It’s the ultimate Turkey Day meal, but you Preallyhave to work at it and that time is now!
For those who want to go wild this Thanksgiving, here’s a “TurBACONducken!”

Over here, this is called a ‘Three-bird roast’ and is quite popular at Christmas.
(Maybe not with quite so much bacon wrapped around it though. 🙂 )

I love it Pete because the flavor of cut is so different it raises the other two, which can be a bit dry and lifeless on their own….

I’m always fascinated by this dish and our Detroit lions always play a football game on thanksgiving and feature this triple bird creation as a part of the tradition
