Would You Dive Into A Czechia Beer Bath? “What The Friday?” Let’s Go To “Beerland!”

Who Wants A Beer – And A Bath?

Did you know that the Czech Republic drinks the most beer per capita?

They do – oh, and they bathe in it as well – “what the Friday?”

Welcome To Beerland!

SoraNews24.com is a terrific website that is filled with wild stories like these – Reporter Katie Pask filed this report about her trip to a Czechia beer spa!

This isn’t cheap – the average cost can run between $70-140 – but hey, it comes with a drink – in fact, all you can drink!

Pask shared her experience inside this unique spa, where you enter a room with three baths on one side and a straw bed on the other!

Your bath is filled with water and then brewing yeast is added, followed by hops – and then beer!

According to Pask, the bath is tepid, but the room is well heated – and there is a beer tap within reach so you can refill your glass throughout the session!

After the bath, a straw bed awaits and the Reporter notes it was fairly hard and spiky, but with another full glass of beer in her hand she managed!

There is much more to the story – bravo to Pask for the reporting.

As always, Sora News has terrific stories like this – check them out here:

I’ve shared a few other unique stories from the website, and since we are on the topic of bathing:

Yes, they went ramen bathing too!

Click here for the hilarious story – and it’s true!

There really isn’t anything to add beyond this, right?

Of course, ramen is very important to Japanese culture – so much so that they opened a ramen museum to celebrate the food:

Yokohama Cup Noodle Museum
Cup of Noodles museum Japan

Inside the museum are hundreds of exhibits highlighting the unique world of the ramen noodle…see more of this unique museum here:

Finally, my love of ramen led me to this kind of psychedelia:

Yes, “neon noodles!” This amazing “fluorescent ramen” is making a trip around the world – find out the details here:

  1. I’d do the beer bath, but no to the straw bed! and yes to ramen of all kinds, especially glowing ramen!

  2. I would not necessarily want to sit in the beer bath, but I have been to Prague, and the beer is fabulous!
    Best wishes, Pete.

  3. I’ve read about these beer baths. I’m not so sure. I love beer. I love baths, but I’m not sure about combining the two quite in that way. It sounds a bit sticky…
Glow in the dark ramen, however. I LOVE it!
