A Dolphin Dance-Off! Here’s Video Of Hundreds Of Leaping Dolphins Off Southern California’s Coast!

It’s An Amazing “Dolphin Dance-Off!”

Wait until you see this! There are thousands and thousands of Dolphins along Southern California’s coast, and hundreds of them decided to join some Whale Watchers for a party!

As the news reports states:

“In a delightful new video captured off the Southern California coast, about 400 dolphins put on a show for whale watchers.

Sunday morning, the catamaran Manute’a – operated by Captain Dave’s Dolphin and Whale Watching Safari – had front row seats to dolphins leaping and splashing in the waters off the Dana Point coast.”

Here’s the video:

I mean, spectacular, right?

It reminds me of the time my daughter and I were on a snorkeling expedition in the Sea of Cortez – where Cabo San Lucas Mexico is located – and this happened:

We happened upon a pod of Humpback Whales showing off – there were a dozen or so and we followed them at a safe distance – you can see the video here:

Of course, we also saw Dolphins as well – and a tailgating Sea Lion!

I got some video of this freeloader being fed on the back of a fishing boat – click here for more of that story!

  3. It would be wonderful to see those dolphins, I’m sure.
Not much chance of that in England, unfortunately.
    Best wishes, Pete.
