I love potatoes, and this is my all-time favorite dish – a “gateau de pommes de terre” – a “potato cake!”

I’m sad the UK doesn’t have Thanksgiving when I see so many US bloggers posting about family meet ups, decorations, all the yummy food. In my house, any day is a good day for mashed potato. x
