Nude Paris Park Has Perverts! I Uncover The Nudist Nightmare!

Paris Has A Nude Park – And It’s Got A Pervert Problem!

Well, there are two reasons I am sharing this….first:

Paris has a nude park?

Who knew!

Now the bad news: “Peeping Toms” are staking it out!

Sacre bleu!

Yes, Paris has a park that includes a section for nudists, but of course, creepy guys have to ruin it!

I came across this story in The Guardian, who reports:

Naturists in a Paris park have complained that voyeurs and exhibitionists are spoiling their naked enjoyment.

The nudists say they are being pestered in an area of the city’s Bois de Vincennes where for the last two years they have been allowed to shed their clothes.

They go on to report:

An area of almost two acres of the park is set aside for naturists between April and October. When it opened in 2017, City officials insisted no inappropriate behaviour would be tolerated, a message reiterated on a sign at the entrance to the zone.

But a number of naturists have complained their peace is being disturbed by the “reprehensible” actions of some non-nudists.

One, Bernard, told Le Monde: “Voyeurs and exhibitionists come and bother the women … of course they are afraid.” He added: “Sometimes there’s a police unit that comes by but if they don’t catch anyone in flagrant délit, they can’t punish anyone.”

Well, first I applaud Paris for doing this, and second, it’s a shame that creeps have to make people feel uncomfortable…

The Bois de Vincennes is the capital’s second largest ‘green lung’, after the Bois de Boulogne. It is located in the east of Paris, on the edge of the 12th arrondissement.

But, because of those perverts lurking in the bushes, women have been warned to be careful. As The Guardian added:

“If I was a woman I’m not sure if I’d go there, but lots of my female friends do. Any nudist area like a beach, or even an ordinary beach where there are women in bikinis, will attract an element of frustrated men.”

So, if you want to be nude in Paris, get nude in pairs at least…oh, and as for the second reason I noticed this story – did you notice the name of the park?

“Bois de Vincennes”…

Sound familiar?

That’s right – I was right next door in May – at the Vincennes Castle! Remember the view I shared over the moat?

Well, just beyond that wall is the nude park! So close yet so far away…you can see my castle tour by clicking here:

Here’s hoping that Paris finds a way to kick out the park perverts so people can sunbathe in “naked” comfort!

  1. Its a shame when bad apples ruin it for everyone. While im not a nudist myself, I value my privacy.

Who knew? Neither did I, thanks for the information.

  2. Can’t say I am not surprised as the French are not prudish.

    • The article points out that the area is secluded, which is how the “Peeping Toms” have places to hide and watch…what was so funny to me is that it was right next door to the Castle I visited and shared a story about!

I had no idea Paris had a nudist park – that’s so interesting (and good, I think – no need for authorities to be squeamish about a bit of nudity). It’s so sad that others are spoiling it though – I can’t fathom why you’d feel the need to do that – there are plenty of naked people on the Internet who won’t be made to feel unsafe by your presence! I hope this is able to be sorted out safely, and thanks for bringing it to my attention – really interesting 🙂

    • Thanks for the comment – I agree: why do “Peeping Toms” need such a cheap thrill when they can see all the naked people they want online! Oh well, I’m sure they will crack down and give the park fans the privacy and respect they deserve!

Lol, good point! Probably better looking too. Most nudists arent exactly supermodels. Not that theres anything wrong with a normal body. Just sayin

      • I went to the south fo France for work a lot and sometimes a guy – naturally – would ask if the beaches were topless and I’d say they were, for people of ALL ages! Once you’ve seen your Grandmother without a top, it takes a bit of the fun away!

  4. Oh my! Those naughty peeping toms in flagrant délit. Seriously though, that really isn’t on and nobody – nudists included – should be made to feel threatened or uncomfortable. Never knew France had a nudist park. This post & the photos certainly woke me up this afternoon 😂

    • Look, these creeps remind me of the saying: “if you can put a man on the moon, why can’t you put ALL of them?” Guys always ruin things by acting creepy…in this day of #MeToo you’d hope there was some “enlightenment” but then this happens…I was just surprised that it was right next door to the Castle Vincennes I visited in May! Thanks for commenting!

  5. Couldn’t see it from the turret? It’s a great castle, you were distracted, of course.

  6. We had the same problem when Brighton first opened a nudist beach. That has stopped happening so much now, as the beach has become something of a meeting place for the Gay community instead. 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.

    • Pete, it’s such a obvious problem – of course “Peeping Toms” will try and ruin the park, but it sounds like they are trying to solve it – I just can’t believe it was right next to the castle i visited in May!
