I was in France when Elvis died and I am in France as Johnny leaves us. France is in shock and sorrow – some truly are legends in their own lifetime somewhere in the world. Johnny is French legend. 🇫🇷

Just saw this on the 4 pm news. He was an icon in France, and the comparison with Elvis is a good one.
The film looks great, with some impressive set-pieces. I just bought a used DVD copy from Amazon for just ÂŁ1.70, based on your recommendation. Half the price of a coffee!
Best wishes, Pete.
