Since it’s “Shocktober”, it’s time to enjoy the perfect blend of food and horror, thanks to:

The Tasty Horror Of “Silent Hill”!
I love this story, and what better time to share than Halloween? As you know, “Silent Hill” is the classic survival horror video game…one of the first to effectively create a horrific environment within a video game format…

The first game was released in 1999 to overwhelming critical and commercial success – with movies that followed – filled with horrific images like this:

This Halloween season, I am focusing on some of the best horror classics, and in researching for “Silent Hill”, I came across this:

Yes, it’s “horror ramen!” Thanks to the brilliant minds at RocketNews24, you can now order a hot ramen dish in Tokyo that uses the horror classic “Silent Hill” as inspiration!

“Silent Hill” Black Ramen!
A restaurant in Tokyo has chosen to offer a unique black noodle ramen dish as an homage to “Silent Hill.” And here is why it is horrific: yes, it certainly looks like a bowl of noodles – but as you can see, a bowl of noodles that has a “severed heart” plopped in the middle…is it something you eat – or bury?

The intrepid reporters at RocketNews24 decided to bite into this horrific dish, and when they did, here is what they found:

That’s right, this unsettling heart-shaped orb is filled with meat! What a wacky food item to share with you today, and if you need more horrific pictures and video, check out the entire story here:

I love wild and wacky food dishes, and I love ramen, so I guess I would LOVE these black noodles, right?

Jason Statham Approves!
Yes, Action star Jason Statham likes black noodles too – because his new film “Hummingbird” offered up black noodles as well!

This film hasn’t opened in the US yet, but it looks like a traditional Jason Statham action movie:

If you want to see how they took an action movie and tied it into a bowl of black noodles, read my story here:

So there you go, check out these horrific Halloween noodles and bite down on life!
