Congratulations to the 2015 Stanley Cup Champions, The Chicago Blackhawks!
Congratulations to the Chicago Blackhawks, who recently skated away with the Stanley Cup once again – Chicago is very proud!
Now, “MEAT” The Stanley Cup!
Man B Que – Meat, Beer, Rock ‘n’ Roll!
And, in true Chicago fashion, this proud achievement was topped at the time – with meat!
Thanks to the terrific “Chicagoist” website for finding this after the 2013 Stanley Cup – a true food / sports mash up!
The guys of ManBQue honored the Blackhawks Stanley Cup win in 2013 the best way they knew how this week—by building a replica of the Cup out of meat.
According to Chicagoist, the dedicated “ManBQue” boys went on “Windy City Live” with coach Joel Quenneville and presented him with the “Manley Cup,” which was made with a base of ground beef, a woven bacon basket, and hot dogs.
As you can see, the guys were very proud of their accomplishment….and they did a pretty nice job of replicating the trophy as well:
Now, the Blackhawks have taken home the Stanley Cup again, and the boy at “ManBQue” are at it again!
That’s right, the Cup has once again been replicated with meat – and I love it!
