Kelly’s Duet With Alanis Morissette!

Week one of season five included another edition of “Songs & Stories”, this time with the iconic Alanis Morisette!

“Have you ever thought of running for office??” Alanis Morissette shares stories from her escape to India after the “Jagged Little Pill” tour, and how the experience inspired her passion for activism. She and Kelly sing her hit tracks “Thank You” and “Ablaze,” which Alanis wrote for her children and explains how becoming a mother has impacted her songwriting.

This is the 5th season of the talk show, which has already been awarded 13 Daytime Emmy Awards in the first 3 seasons,, with a record 11 nominations for season 4 – those awards will be announced once the SAG-AFTRA strike is settled….here’s more about season 5 here:

  2. I enjoyed listening to Kelly’s interview with Alanis Morissette. Sam was recently in India for a fortnight; he cannot believe how there’s no traffic lights and people just drive in the direction they want to go, while pedestrians and cows walk about in the road too!
