Turning Ten Cheeseburgers Into One Wacky Burger The “Matomeruko” Way! National Burger Month Says: “What The Friday!?!?”

Cooking The “Matomeruko” Way!

Sometimes you come across a story on the internet that makes you re-think everything…what you see above you is a Japanese product call “Matomeruko Easy”…and as some of you know, May is “National Burger Month” – and it brings to mind incredible burgers like these:

However, I found this “Matomeruko” product online – and a wild wild story about how to use it with cheeseburgers – and it may have me re-thinking what a burger should and shouldn’t be – all because of this uniquely Japanese product!

Time To Turn Our Food Into “A Soft Solid Form!”

Wait, “What The Friday?!?!?”

You see, apparently this product does just that!

“Matomeruko Easy” is a powder which, according to the terrific website SoraNews24.com, lets you:

“mix and combine your usual meal into a soft solid form“.

Because apparently you want to.

You see, you just mix your food item with water and the “Matomeruko Easy” powder in a blender and you magically have a new food with a jello-like consistency.

Which of course led the creative minds at SoraNews24 to try it out – using ten McDonalds Cheeseburgers!

They even found a video showing how its done:

First, they separated the 10 McDonald’s burgers into 4 piles – 2 separate piles of buns, then the hamburger patties and the pickles.

Here’s where it got REALLY twisted. They then blended each pile separately with the “Matomeruko Easy” powder…so, here is what the top buns look like after that “blend”:

The buns and water and powder end up looking like this – then do the same with the meat – and take the result and mold it into your own, single burger:

There’s a reason I call this post “What The Friday?!?!?!?” It’s the kind of thing you simply don’t do to food – but they did it!

For any of you still reading along, you have to remember that I am just the Reporter of these facts – do not blame me for what you have seen!

Bravo as always to the twisted minds at SoraNews24 – and you can read the entire story and see all the behind-the-scenes pics here!

  2. Haha, John, I am glad it’s Friday and I have the whole weekend to recover from the ‘trauma’ of the idea of doing this to a burger.

  3. That mashed up ‘powder’ burger is wrong in so many ways. I don’t think I could actually take a bite of something that looked like that. Another great wacky find, John! 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.
