“Stranger Things” Season 3 Trailer Is Here!
Netflix gave “Stranger Things” fans a New Years gift – the trailer for season three, which will premiere on July 4th!
Season two of this terrific TV show was one of the best shows of the year, and now, Netflix is giving us a happy new year’s treat, with a season three trailer that dropped on New Year’s Eve!
As Deadline.com reports:
True to the ‘Stranger Things’ brand, the video above is filled with VHS tape tracking lines and warped audio. From Hawkins, Indiana’s local station 5 WIYZ and brought to you by Starcourt Mall, the video is footage of the final moments of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve as we watch the “big apple” drop to ring in 1985. However, it wouldn’t be Stranger Things without something strange happening. As the countdown begins, the video is interrupted with DOS-based, technological glitches before creepily ending on off-the-air color bars before announcing the premiere date.
Here it is – enjoy!
Of course, the show takes place in the 80’s, so here is a look at season two and the music of that era:

Agree – season 2 was such a great continuation – usually S2’s suffer from a failure to know what to do next!

I agree. I think it was a great continuation too! The best is that it “feels” so 80’s. It reminds me so much of my childhood, well, minus the scary creatures of course!

It’s one of a few new “classics” that make me excited for the year ahead! “It 2” as well!

As I don’t have Netflix, I have never seen this show. But I have read so many great reviews of it on various blogs.
Best wishes, Pete.

Pete, one of the best shows on TV right now….terrific storylines and great acting, all through the filter of 80’s Stephen King-inspired horror
