Which Film Should Never Have Had a Sequel?
We as an audience can find ourselves sitting through endless sequels, prequels and remakes, some we enjoyed others we find ourselves wondering why they made another film in the first place at all. We are going to be looking at the films that should have remained stand-alone movies because the sequels have only ever eaten into the reputation of what was a great film.

Yep. Never should have happened. I’ll vote for the Jurassic Park sequels. The first was brilliant and should have stopped there.

Pete, there are a number of great choices on this list – don’t forget how “Caddyshack” was a funny, goofy film with an absolutely HORRIBLE sequel – and yes, you can’t watch “The Matrix” anymore without knowing they ruined it!

Pete, Chevy Chase has one of the worst reputations in Hollywood! But while he nailed his part in “Caddyshack” – I offer up Rodney Dangerfield and Bill Murray as the reasons this is a classic!
