Behold The Majesty Of A Bacon Weave!
First of all, thanks to all of you who couldn’t wait to share this with me – it’s a new bacon classic, using our favorite cooking technique: the bacon weave!
As you can see, bacon is so much more than an ingredient: it has now taken over the role of bread and tortillas!
I have previously shared the “bacon weave taco”, which is a delicious way to go “south of the border”…and I also found this majestic breakfast item:

I love the taste of bacon but always pedantically need to cut off the fat so tend to only occasionally eat it. That bacon taco though looks good.

Fun pictures. You’ve got some serious bacon there. Just bought some yesterday. Thinking a couple of slices fried traditionally will do here. Or maybe a BLT. That’s about as exotic as I get with bacon. 🙂
