  1. Good heavens, I can imagine the dung everywhere. Okay, I’d go and spend the night. But I’d lock the shutters! Can you imagine waking up abruptly to the face of a giraffe?

  2. I adore giraffes. I stood in line with all the kids at the zoo to feed a very friendly lady giraffe but never made it overseas for a safari. Bucket list item. Great post.

  3. I went on Safari to Kenya in the 80s, but I never had to share my breakfast with a giraffe. Though I did give some sugar to a mandrill. He looked to fierce to argue with! I wrote about that here.
