What a truly wonderful film Hidden Figures is. It’s been far too long since I’ve felt such a mix of emotions during a movie: disgust, anger, suspense and, most of all, joy. A great way to start 2017!

Great! While I certainly enjoyed La La Land and no doubt it will win many awards, it isn’t even close to West Side Story and there are too many other great films out there that should get an award. Like ‘Hidden Figures’.

Pete, always good to shake things up a bit…”LaLa Land” will probably still win Best Picture at the Oscars, but this shows people are thinking broader as well!
