The Juliette Society
Congrats to friend Sasha Grey, who has a novel coming out this summer! Here is the cover of the book, and a great pic of her promoting the book in Europe, where it was just released:
Here’s the plot of “The Juliette Society”:
Catherine, a blossoming film student whose sexuality has been recently stirred, finds herself drawn into a secret club where the world’s most powerful people meet to explore their deepest, often darkest sexual fantasies. But even as these new experiences open intense new pleasures for Catherine, they also threaten to destroy everything she holds dear. In her debut novel, Sasha Grey takes us inside a private, high-profile, sex society where anything and everything can happen.
The novel is released here in the U.S in August!
Sasha Goes Batty For Sydney!
As I have posted before, I got to film a series of stories with Sasha, like this one where she surfs Bondi Beach:

Downtown Sydney
Sydney is a gorgeous city, and we shot in many interesting location, which leads us to Sasha’s “Bat” encounter:
Check Out These Park Trees
The city’s parks are full of beautiful trees, and one day, we decided to walk through the park – and I noticed something unusual:
Bats! Bats! Bats!
Yes, at one point in the park you see nothing but bats, bats, bats in the branches above you! Here’s a short clip of Sasha in the park as a tour group is going by…
Then of course she makes her way over to the trees where she can see the bats hanging down and staring at her…
Then of course we decided to shoot a bit of on-camera commentary about the
Eureka!
Our Australia trip also took us to Melbourne for a fan sighting – and we had to go to the top of the Eureka Tower, which is 88 stories high!
