The Rolling Stones Are “Angry!” Here’s Their Brand New Music Video – With Sydney Sweeney!

The Rolling Stones Are “Angry!”

Rock fans were overjoyed to hear about a new Rolling Stones song that just dropped – along with a truly memorable music video – starring Actress Sydney Sweeney!

Sweeney is driving down Sunset Boulevard as the Stones are shown singing and playing on a variety of billboards – from all different times in their career – it’s really terrific!

Take a look at the video, which is incredibly well done – and the songs pretty catchy as well!

Their new album “Hackney Diamonds” will be out in a few weeks, and I was reminded of just how great they are thanks to my friend Clive’s terrific blog – check out his story about the new song and a classic Rolling Stones tune as well:

Mick Jagger just turned 80 years old, and I celebrated with an in-depth look at a controversial film he made that was released in 1970:

This is a fascinating time capsule of London at the end of the “swinging 60’s” and yes, the film caused quite a row between Mick and Guitarist Keith Richards…click here to find out why!

I have been celebrating different aspects of classic rock, including songs that use the term “rock ‘n’ Roll” in the title:

The Stones contributed a terrific song to the list – click here to see the music video:

To wrap up my Rolling Stones discussion, remember when I shared the list of the great record album covers in rock history?

Well, it included the band’s iconic album cover – that included a zipper that worked!

Click here to see how high on the list it landed, and some others that landed with a thud:

  1. HI John, Mick Jagger’s looks certainly haven’t improved with age – I suppose its the lifestyle. A great share though, thank you.

  3. Maybe it’s just me, but I think even rock stars should know when to grow old gracefully. Keith looks like his body has been exhumed for the video! 🙂
    The girl is lovely though.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  4. Thanks, John. It’s a great song and video, isn’t it. I watched Sydney Sweeney in Reality on Sunday evening after posting my piece. She was very good, and was almost unrecognisable from the role she played for the Stones!

    • She has discussed how she doesn’t get credit for her acting when she does nude scenes and I think Reality is how she wanted to change the perception of who she is…and the song is very catchy and the video is beautifully done!

      • She did a very good job of it. I’ve just looked her up on IMDb – I haven’t watched Euphoria so it sounds like I’ve been missing out! Today is her 26th birthday, btw.

Everything about that song and video is so good, isn’t it!
