Here Are The Clips Of “The Rock” AND “9 To 5”!
Two advance clips are burning up social media this morning!
First, here’s the story of how Dwayne Johnson ended up as Kelly Clarkson’s first-ever talk show guest!
Kevin Hart was set to be Kelly’s first guest, but when Hart was in a serious car accident over the Labor Day weekend, the Kelly show team had to get a replacement – FAST. Cue Dwayne Johnson, who has worked with Hart on the “Jumanji” movies, who actually cut his honeymoon short to fly in and take Kevin’s place!

The entire conversation takes place on Monday, Sept. 9, when “The Kelly Clarkson Show” premieres nationwide – so you can see his conversation with Kelly about Kevin, his wedding and more then!

The show also released the “9 To 5” music video Kelly shot to open episode one – and know that all of the women in the video are real, working women – and here is the video:
I attended my first show taping this week, and it’s a blast! As you can see from the promo videos, the set is spectacular: a rich blend of eye-popping colors, musical instruments and gold records!
Also, the entrance to the show has a fresh flower wall, and look at this – Kelly loves to yarn so there’s a yarn wall as well!

Congratulations to your wife as that’s such a great job and so interesting. Living in Australia, I have heard of Kelly Clarkson but that’s about it. I’m not a huge TV watcher and often find TV annoying. Prefer the Internet. I do like that yarn wall though. Very clever and you might’ve sparked enough interest to check the show out.

I’m not sure where you live, but Kelly is a Grammy Award winning Singer with tens of millions of albums sold. She is a Judge on NBC’s mega-hit “The Voice” and she is launching a daytime talkshow on NBC on Monday. I’m sharing these stories to help support the launch of the show, as my wife created it with Kelly and is the Executive Producer…Kelly is one of the nicest, most genuine people you will meet and the show will reflect that – thanks for the comment!

I’m in America, but I don’t have cable or internet at home. We really don’t watch tv much. Rarely have time for such luxuries as an evening to watch tv. I will go look her up and see what her music sounds like, though.

The show is great – highlighting positive stories, empowered women, how we are all in this together, and of course celebs who want to hang out as well…she is the “real deal” – incredibly nice, onerous and compassionate…

I know they are out selling right internationally, and if I get any info I will share – it’s an incredible show…the second show on Tuesday next week will celebrate teachers and the impact they have on students…Kelly’s Mom was a teacher so it’s an important issue…and my story show her “yarn” wall that fans that take pictures in front of…Kelly is a crafts person as well!
