It’s an “adult” fairy tale to be sure, but it is creative storytelling at its finest, with really terrific acting

I was SO delighted that this absolute gem of a movie won. I have seen it both in English and in French and both experiences were sublime. A true non-recurring phenomenon and Guillermo del Toro surely now wins his place in the hall of true greats of Hollywood 🎥
