I did know that Chop Suey wasn’t a Chinese dish, but had never heard of coca-cola flavour crisps.
I wasn’t that adventurous when I went to that country. I tried fried duck’s feet (like elastic bands) and various types of eel and snake too. (Both very nice) But I drew the line at insects, (deep-fried grasshoppers, sold as fast food) and declined a huge black scorpion, cooked and served as a delicacy!
