#31Daysofhalloween Has New Ghostly Horror!
First and foremost, bravo to Author Roberta Eaton Cheadle on the publication of her new book!
This Wednesday’s Bookmobile takes a #31daysofhalloween detour into the world of ghostly spirits!
Here’s the plot of “Through The Nethergate”:
Margaret, a girl born with second sight, has the unique ability to bring ghosts trapped between Heaven and Hell back to life. When her parents die suddenly, she goes to live with her beloved grandfather, but the cellar of her grandfather’s ancient inn is haunted by an evil spirit of its own.
In the town of Bungay, a black dog wanders the streets, enslaving the ghosts of those who have died unnatural deaths. When Margaret arrives, these phantoms congregate at the inn, hoping she can free them from the clutches of Hugh Bigod, the 12th century ghost who has drawn them away from Heaven’s White Light in his canine guise.
With the help of her grandfather and the spirits she has befriended, Margaret sets out to defeat Hugh Bigod, only to discover he wants to use her for his own ends – to take over Hell itself.
WOW!
Bravo to Roberta on the publication of the novel, which is perfect for the month of October, right? I just purchased my paperback copy on Amazon, and if you click this great review of the book it includes a link to Amazon so you can buy it yourself:

Thank you, Carol, I thought this post was amazingly creative and I appreciate John’s support of my book. Amazon is also expensive for me if I purchase paperbacks so I buy a lot of audio books and ebooks.

I do prefer a real book and use book depository as it is free postage just takes a while to get here and not everything is available on there…I do use kindle if I have to…

I will be interested in your thoughts on this book, John. I like paperbacks too but Amazon will only courier to South Africa now so I buy a lot more ebooks now. I still get paperbacks every month, but more of the classics that I will re-read many time.

Let me know when and if it comes out on Kindle, Robbie. I have stopped buying books for now, due to lack of space!

Thanks, Pete. It will come out as an ebook, there is just a process with Amazon for books published through a publisher. It is much quicker if you self publish.
